Refund Policy
Generally, donations once made are non-refundable. However, if a donation has been made in error or if there is a duplicate transaction, the donor may contact us within 7 days of the transaction.
Refund requests will be reviewed and processed if found valid. Approved refunds will be credited back through the original payment method within a reasonable time.

If you believe a transaction was made incorrectly or without authorization, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.
